Tioga or Granite Ridge? Overcab TV visible in motion?

Hi all, I've been lurking a long time and have a dilemma; we're debating between a Tioga SL class C with an overhead bunk (which me and the girls like) or the Granite Ridge, which both hubby and I love the fit and finish, but has an over the cab entertainment center.

Both are 2005 models, but the Jayco is less due to a few extra miles.

Any suggestions between the two? We've had a good experience with Jayco in the past.

Can the girls even see the TV (which is in the middle of the overcab area) while the slide is in? I'm not sure if I want them on the bed while we're in motion.

We're also thinking of removing the entertainment center and building a cabinet to the right of the bunk area, over the passenger area. Is this difficult?

We're having almost the same dilemma - our debate is between the Fleetwood Tioga SL 31W or the Jayco Greyhawk 30GS models.
