Live in maine. During the winter i outdoor storage my C covered over. I have wheel covers and drive onto 2 x 10's. Is there anything better I can do to help tires?

Consider the following:
- Inflate all tires to max cold sidewall pressure
- Put a plastic shield underneath each tire (on the wood). I use the real thin cutting boards available at Wall-Mart, Target, etc.
