Thor Quantum has nice cabinets with real wood fronts and plywood boxes. I'm not sure what defines "cabinet grade". The boxes are a bit on the thin side, but appear to be adequate for sure.

Newmar just started making Class C and their cabinets are handmade by the Amish with wood BUT not for the 85k price range of the OP
