Looks like maybe a shunt. Used in electrical system to send info to a gauge, I believe.

Being right next to the battery,, that'd be my guess as well.

OP, are you sure that's on a 2020?

Yes, as others have said it is a current shunt. Notice it is in the negative lead of the battery so will measure total current draw from the battery. You should have a display inside possibly at the control center that shows current draw.

To me it looks like a grounding block. If the battery lead is to the negative battery post.

As for a loose connection tighter it to make a positive connection as a loose connection can cause electric problems

The shunt lasts forever but the small wires are what sends the signal to the monitor.
Being out in the elements, they can fail.

Terminal loose? Disconnect battery ground, then tighten the terminal. Yes, its a shunt, no doubt about that.
