Have 6" extenders. The stock 4" were not quite long enough. Got the new ones at a local tire store for 15 per pair.

I ended up going with extenders, front and rear. I was going to go with permanent extenders from these guys: Your Tire Shop Supply | Supplies for Tire Shops

After talking to the guys at Les Schwab, who do a ton of dully raw wheels, he convinced me that going with a permanent extender could cause a problem if one of the rear tires went out as it would (possibly) tear out the installed valve stem in the inside tire. Maybe - maybe not. But, if I was to go with the permanent solution, O would go with Tire Supply as they have been rated very well.
