Which Tires

Good Morning,

Another great day on this side of the grass. I recently purchased a 93 Damo Ultrasport 24 ft. with 49,900 miles on it. I feel I got a great value for the money spend. BUT the one thing I missed was the old tires. It had Aurora 225/75R16 D on it.It was a little loud on the drive home. Plus they are old with cracks. I will not be driving off road or in snow and ice. I am retired so spending a of money per tire is not an option. Local tire retailer suggested Cooper HT3 for $1200 for 6 . Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I bought the Cooper HT3 and so far no issues. The ride and handling are good. I paid $1,399.37 out the door for 7 tires (the spare never hit the ground but aged out).

I have a 2007 Winnebago Access 31'. I've had Cooper AT3's installed on it. They are great tires and I sometimes hit gravel/dirt roads and they handle them great. Had Michelin's prior and had nothing but trouble with them cracking and one blowout. I cover my tires when not in use and the Michelin's didn't last. My tire guy thinks putting the AT3's on my motorhome is not something a lot of people do but totally gets using them in dirt or gravel is great. So COOPER is the way to go be it HT3's or AT3's. Good Luck.
