I don't have one, so this is more opinion based on owning a 2018 24V.
I'm not fond of the J layout. The VS30 Sprinter chassis has had it's share of problems. Some big, some not so.
See RECALLS at some of the MB Sprinter websites. However, the upgraded VS30 chassis that Winnebago said they would use in the 2020 model years, will be a nice advantage over the prior years, because they won't have to add 3rd party hardware/software, they can just use the MB built in stuff.
Overall, our 24V has been a very reliable and usable camper, great fuel economy, and handles and drives well (once you get used to it), and has been almost completely problem free, to date. Of course, that could change, but we plan on keeping the scheduled maintenance up to date, and fingers crossed, it will continue to be a great unit.
Keeping up the maint schedule may be a problem, under the current circumstances.

I have a 15 VG. The new chassis has a number of upgrades, what is not changed is the Chassis, need Fox Shocks, sway bar, and Sumos. You will also need Borg valves for the tires and TPMS. I like the new D model but after five years of work on my unit, I just don’t need a new project.

The J model hasn't changed in years. You either love the bed or hate it. The new chassis is, unlike with Coffee Drink said, substantially changed over earlier years. Heavier sway bar, no more bio-diesel restrictions, much more on the electronics to give you practical upgrades like adaptive cruise control and blind spot detection. You should probably hangout on the View/Navion Facebook page or watch some videos on YouTube.
