Winnebago Aspect Class C MH
I'm currently researching RV for purchase. I really like the Winnebago Aspect 28T unit, however I'm concerned that I can't find any ACTIVE owners forums. I'll to use them to get an more unbiased sense of the MH -- no salesman !! <LOL>
I rarely see a mention of these units, am I looking in the wrong places ? Are they so good / so bad that no one has anything to say ?
Please help, I love the layout (the driver/passenger seats can be turned into the living space and the mid-ships TV) and length of the unit. I have no need for an over head bunk.
Thanks,
Bonnie

Hi - I can't speak to the 28T, but we own an '05 26A and we just love it. The quality is very good, especially for a first year introduction, and although we bought it used we have had no problems.
There is an Aspect users' group on Yahoo, which may be helpful:
Aspect-Cambria : Winnebago Aspect and Itasca Cambria
(Hopefully posting this here won't get me bounced)
PM me if you have any questions!

I have a Aspect 28T and so far very happy with it the trunk is my favotite, we had a Cambria sister to the Aspect for 6 years and 50,000 miles and no problem's. We just wanted a walk around bed. Winnebago stands behind them as well. Also do search for Aspect/Cambria proboard.

We have a 2012 28T, ordered it with all options except sun roof. We have 10,000 miles on it. Had the usual new coach adjustments done, now have a couple more to get done on our way back to Canada from Mexico. We had a 40' Imperial diesel pusher, but wanted to down size. The best question to ask is would you buy it again, and yes we would. It handles very good in cross winds. Rides good, fairley quiet at hwy speeds. V10 ford likes it's fuel, 8mpg @ 60 mph, no toad. good luck, enjoy rv'ing, clare isert

I had to us aux start once, just assumed I left something turned on in the chassis part. No issue since. I like the swivel seats as well. We ordered it off a 2011, and when it arrived with the large bedroom window, we were very dissapointed. We enjoy propping our pillow against the wall to watch tv. With the window we are now popping against curtains. I'm thinking I will contact the factory and have them pannel out the inside, and build a headboard to match the upholstery. It will have a window on the outside, but not inside. That is our only issue. regards, clare

Thank you Jerry. I had a Mandalay 41 footer and it must have had a built in charger as I never had a problem starting after months plugged into 110. Will look into the trik l start.

I own 06 Cambria 26A and I am completely satisfied with it, except for the corner bed. Very easy to drive, with the air bags it is very stable. There are a lot of little mods that can be made to increase shelf room ect. It is the same as the Aspect except it is the Itasca version.

Thank you for the reply. We had a 41' four winds Mandalay. Now the 2011 aspect 30c.
Really like it and now I can go back and make a sandwich and get the snacks. My wife likes to drive it! Ha d to have special in Illinois to drive the big one.
What is the website for the aspect / Cambria user group?
