Wrinkles on tpo roof

I have a 9 month old coachmen leprechaun 260ds with a tpo roof.

When i was on top looking things over i noticed wrinkles running for and aft ay the leading edge where the cab meets the roof and, less noticable, some at the rear of the roof.

My questions are -

1. Is this a problem,

2. If it is a problem should i assume air is getting under the tpo at the cab/roof junction (molding strip),

3. What is the best way to seal that joint.

Thank you for your comments.

Isn't it still under warranty?

Some wrinkles or air spaces are common in many roofs. As I understand it allows for expansion and contraction.
