FMCA Rally pre registration questions

Reg form has area with primary chapter? what is that. I belong to a chapter and will be caravaning in and have no idea what they mean by primary chapter.

Second question:
What does the following refer to : PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 1/13/12 WILL BE HELD AT WILL CALL

Is will call the registration booth?

The first chapter that we joined about 12 years ago is the one we most frequently rally with; therefore, I would call that our primary chapter. We belong to 5 others, but for other reasons.

"Will Call" is just like buying tickets for a play, but there is not enough time to mail them to you; therefore, you pick them up at the Ticket Window or in this case Will Call. Will Call is usually located in the Holding Area, that is the area where you are directed to park where you can pick up your credentials at the Will Call or until you can be moved to your permanent location.

I think at this late date I should do that Will Call then, and pick them up when I arrive. So since I have only one chapter so far, I guess that would be my primary.
