Hello All,

We're thinking about attending the upcoming International Rally at the Pomona FairPlex, and were wondering what are the best days to arrive/depart? Do we really need to be there the entire time? Arrive early, leave before it's over, or what?

This is our first rally so we don't know all the ins and outs. Please advise!

We are also thinking about attending this rally, which would be our first in 20 years.

What activities, seminars, classes, demos, etc will take place?

What is included with the cost of the rally? Or what extra costs will we have?

There is a Monaco pre-rally the week prior that we are considering, but wonder if there will be duplication of events, demos, seminars, etc. Any comments on the difference between the 2 rallys is appreciated.

Who else from these boards is attending?

I haven't seen what will be offered at the FMCA Convention in Pomona, CA (Feb. 25-28). Someone from FMCA called a couple weeks ago to make sure we understood our recent membership and I asked about the upcoming Convention and other rallies. They sent us the book of activities from the past Redmond rally and there are so many seminars, demos, and other get-togethers that there is not enough time to do it all.

I learned today from friends who volunteer with the rallies that they expect you to arrive the day before the rally date. The activities start the morning of the first day. You could get there on the first day of the rally but you will miss something.
