Any Winter Texans with masonry experience looking for part-time work?

We are slowly restoring a pre-WWII Spanish Colonial mansion in South Texas just North of RGV.

Unfortunately, local contractors want to point brickwork and replace the pre-WWII bricks with Home Depot just add water mortar mix. Because of the age of the bricks, a sand with lime mix is more appropriate to match color and other reasons……. Also, lots of cast concrete work fixing railings and balustrades on balconies available if interested.

I can supply the material and tools and get any brute force assistance needed but require an experienced mason who might enjoy light work paid by the day or hour as you prefer plying your trade.

RV parking with 20 amp electric available as well and fresh city water but no sewer hookups.

Historic small town to explore and very friendly people as well. Also restoring another limestone structure as well so any relevant experience welcome. Not looking for a handyman or someone living out if a van. Must be retired contractor or mason who can perform professional masonry work.

Please message me if interested or ask general questions here. We figured there is a ton of talent camped in various RV resorts that might enjoy a paid diversion and restoration work.
