RV site available on 1 acre farm in South Florida for family with 4-6 year old child

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, so if not, please let me know where would be a good place.

I am a single father looking for an RV family with a child (or children) to stay with us on a small farm in Loxahatchee, FL and provide child care for my 4 year old daughter while I work from home. I am keeping her out of preschool due to Covid and also believe children do better learning thru hands on play rather than sitting at a desk. The idea is the children can play together under adult supervision with teaching as they play.

The farm is 1 acre of fruit trees with no animals (except a friendly feral cat). The RV site has electric, water and internet (electric is currently a 220 extension cord ran from a breaker -- a buried cable is in the works). I also need help with cleaning and/or light farm work that I can pay or barter for.

I am open to someone without children that would watch my daughter and a neighbor's child... The idea is there is someone to play with while staying safe from covid.

Thanks!

You may want to spell out how many hours of child care you expect for free in exchange for the place to hook up rv. What will you pay for the other work on land and how many hours total do you see this being. Good luck in your search.

Enjoy the journey

Thanks. I currently need around 30 hours per week of child care, but I am really flexible. The important thing is that the families are a fit and we can work out all the details.

As for the additional farm work, it also depends on skills and the job at hand. For example, the local labor is $12.5 per hour for a general farm hand. On the other hand if someone is an electrician, handyman, etc. the pay is market price per project.

A couple other things I should mention. There is usually fresh seasonal tropical fruits available on the farm. We are about 35 minutes from the beach. We have a small boat to explore the local islands and take the kids to the beaches.

I hope that additional info helps.
