How come a low debt to income ratio isnt a big positive factor/

How come cash on hand and liquid assets are not a big factor?

How come being pension eligible isnt a big factor?

How come not having consumer debt hurts your credit score and having decades of on time payments for utilities, phones, taxes, and other monthly payments does not count?

I can answer my own questions, its a big scam.
