How come a low debt to income ratio isnt a big positive factor/

How come cash on hand and liquid assets are not a big factor?

How come being pension eligible isnt a big factor?

How come not having consumer debt hurts your credit score and having decades of on time payments for utilities, phones, taxes, and other monthly payments does not count?

I can answer my own questions, its a big scam.

Anywhere from 0 to thousands a month. Some sell their S&B that they have been paying on for 30 years and pay cash. A good idea ? To each there own. Some just have the funds to pay cash and purchase what they can afford. I would say that most finance something and some a lot depending on the cost of the rig.

I would say I don't care what others do with their personal finances. It's nobody's business but your own.
