Advice regarding legal domicile

Hey all, i've read through a few dozen pages of threads and lots of amazing information but I seem to still be confused around the rules regarding domicile/residence:

All of my bank information/work/insurance/tax information/everything is on my current address here in the beautiful state of MT.

BUT I no longer will be at this address and will be RVing FT.

I have a driver's license and plates in Montana since I have been living here

I want to keep my "domicile" in MT and always plan to return here and will travel around periodically.... but what address do I use for my work and taxes and insurance and everything if I am no longer at the address I am at and am mobile???

I want to make sure I am following all laws/tax rules and everything while being in this "remote" state. Surely someone here has some experience with this?

What do I do?

If anyone could provide some guidance I would be forever grateful..

Thankyou and Best,

MT is one of the states favorable to full-timers. There are law firms who specialize in making legal arrangements. Bennett and Bennett is just one such law firm. You might visit their website with the intent of finding the needed information.

Years ago I contacted them to setup the arrangements, but I live in a state that is unfavorable to this, and they quickly told me what I wanted was not legal and ended the conversation.

Set up your mail forwarding in Montana and use that address.

Mail forwarding is the address that most full-timers use. We used Escapees mail forwarding for 18 years or so.

If you want to keep a Montana domicile these articles may help explain some things even though Escapees doesn't do Montana.

Per above, just set up a mail forwarding service in MT. A quick search showed this company who's actually the one I utilized to set up my LLC! I found them to be good company to work with.
