I hate stepping up into the trailer and stepping down to get out. Here's my solution and i love it!!!
Awning is fully functional but does partially block the ramp when extended. not an issue for me. i lost access to the smallest storage compartment but i don't use it anyway. and, since i don't have a ladder at the rear of the trailer, i can use the deck with an 6' step ladder.

For any lurkers, for extended stays if you need a ramp like that, or a platform with steps, note that sometimes previous park guest abandon their ramps and the park keeps and stores them. Regular long stay guests sometime just store them in the parks storage area. Sometimes you can borrow or lease them for the duration of your extended stay. I've seen those stored ramps many times over the 21 years I've been full timing, but not at every park.
