Arizona as Domicile State?

I currently live in Arizona, I'm intending to full time at the end of the year. I will have my vehicles registered in a Wyoming corps name most likely and will register those in whatever State makes the most sense. I don't have an high tax burdens or anything so I'm wondering if there is any downside to keeping Arizona as my domicile? Is anybody else using AZ?

there have been many posts on this topic. and lots of articles on the internet. why not change your domicile to a state that does not have a state income tax. AZ does have this tax. but probably the biggest issue is health insurance. that can vary a lot depending upon where you get it and what plan you get. look into this before you make your change and get surprised!

We domicile in AZ but because we live here. I would not choose it otherwise. I get the ease of just keeping what you already have. High sales tax and income tax are the two reasons other than high RV registration costs too.

Doesn't Arizona assess a valuation tax on RVs?

It Is The Wheel Tax

Income tax is not a big issue in AZ. I live in Tucson. The income though there is low for most of us. Not enough to move or change the domicile on alone.

The issue is vehicle property tax of 60% of msrp, not purchase price. Multiply the 60% x .28. It is pure piracy on this tax. I know Nev and others are similar.

It drops 16.25 % each year.

The tax on my cars is bad enough.

If I was full timing with a high value rv and recent model, I would move.

If older and low end price rv, might be worth it to stay.
