Try a pharmacy - WalMart, Walgreens, CVS, etc. & perhaps they can call your doctor for a refill.

I agree have your doc back home call in a refill for where ever you are.

Just yesterday I contacted my Doc in Knoxville area to refill my Rxs (3 months at a time) at a local CVS where we are in Cartwright OK. No problem.

As others have noted above, it will be very difficult to find someone in Nashville to refill chronic meds. Most urgent care centers won't refill chronic meds, and it usually takes time to get established with a regular physician. Call your wife's regular doctor, and give them the name, phone number, and address for a pharmacy you will be near and they can usually call in or send electronically a refill.

You can go to the website: speaktoanmd.com. Fill out short medical application, pay a small fee, within 24-48 hrs., a licensed Doctor from the state set up with the telemedicine network will call you. A participating network pharmacy will call you & your prescription drug can be delivered to your door... even overnight with fee. My husband & I have used this service twice now & do recommend.

We use Sam's Club Pharmacy. Last year out West , I needed refills. Sam's in Sacramento did it no problem.
