Escapees Domicile without RV

I apologize for posting this here, but figured this community might have some useful input.

Is it possible to use Escapees to establish Domicile in Florida if one does not have an RV?

I am considering full time travel, and require domicile/residence for health insurance (ACA) purposes. Not sure if this would be a possible option.

Call them. I don't think it will be an issue, but they are the experts. Good Luck DR

It isn't a problem if you don't have any ties to another state, such as a job, a residence, own property, etc.

A domicile like Escapee's, America's Mailbox, etc. is not a way to escape high taxes where you live.

State income taxes are due where the money is earned. Oil field workers, pipeline workers, always had to pay state income taxes in the state where they were working - even back in the 1960's when I first learned of that.

Really, it becomes a question you need to ask a lawyer, because every case is a bit different.

I'd recommend calling them directly for an accurate answer.

They have a great website and also a forum to ask questions.
