We have been here before but never this close. WE have accepted and signed (by both parties) an agreement to purchase our villa in the Dominican Republic. Closing will be May 7th.

We have been full time now for well over a year and have been unable to return to our home in the DR because of Covid. The villa has been for sale for a while and have had offers before but this one is SIGNED and no refundable money deposited.

So even though being FT for a while we will soon be houseless as well and this is a very good thing.

We will continue to be FT exploring all corners of the country. We have no idea where and when (Good Lord willing) we will "settle down". For now we will continue the adventure!
