We sold our Mich house and 5 acres to our son for a deal he could not refuse. As full timers, we did not want the worries and expenses of owning a house for the next 10-15 years. I did set up a FHU RV site on the property and a 40' storage container that we use for 1-2 months every summer. We still changed our residency to Texas being a no state tax state.
