It is official!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though we have been basically full time for the last year and a half with a one month return to the Dominican Republic it is now official!
We closed on our villa there today and we are now truly, officially "houseless" and full time in the RV.
A great feeling to finally having sold the S&Bs. Let the adventure begin for real.

Good for you!

I've been following your posts about selling the S & B and was beginning to wonder if it would ever happen...

We also were wondering if it would ever happen. We have "sold" it 4 times in the last year but finally got it done. So happy and so relieved.

Grats man! I have been solo and full time for a couple years and my honeymoon period has not stopped. I am still excited to wake up everyday and hike, bike, walk through the high desert. Sitting in front of my camper with kitty and puppy looking at stars. When does the honeymoon period end for you all? After more than two years I am still on mine.

I thought about this last night. This is what I did yesterday. I ate dinner at about 5pm. After dinner I surfed the net. Then I played some Warcraft while watching a movie. Then at 10pm I worked out with my oculus quest 2. I play bar fight. It’s a VR bar fight so I am put into the bar and I virtually punch people or pick them up and toss them. It’s quite a workout! A half hour of fighting people really gets your heart going.

Then at about 1145 I went to bed and watched TV with puppy and kitty on the bed and fell asleep at 1am or so! Today I woke at 9am and ate breakfast and read the news. Plan to taking a scooter down a dirt road towards a formation about 3 miles out.
