Load Range E/10 ply - Full Time 7K Towing, 5 no Tow, How many miles on Tires?

I have a Ram 2500 and tow and full time in a travel trailer and was wondering how many miles people get on their E Range or 10 ply tires.

I tow about 7,000/year, non tow 5,000/year = 12,000 miles/year.

If you Full time and you drive similar to the above how many miles do you get on a set of tires?

The tires that came on the truck are Firestone TRANSFORCE HT - SIZE: LT245/70R17
It gets average ratings.

Does any tire get more miles or improve MPG better then another?
This one gets better ratings.

Thanks

I ran B.F.Goodrich T/A commercial m/s tires on my '02 4wd Chevy dually. I figured if the bean counters at UPS approved them for their delivery trucks they were good enough for me to use. I wore out 3 sets of B.F. Goodrich in 143,xxx miles.

FTd for 7 years towing a 14K 5th wheel with my Dodge 3500

Got rid of the OEM tires within first 6 months......
Went to a set of Michelin AT/2s

60,000 miles later replaced them with another set of same and again at 60,000 miles changed them again.

Didn't get new tires cause the others were worn out....still had decent thread left
I am just anal about tires. I can afford new tires when I feel it is time and I get them

Side Note:
When Towing rear tires are aired to 80 psi
When NOT towing rear tires are aired to 45 psi
Front tires are aired to 55 psi regardless

Yes I aired the rears Down/UP weekly because we traveled place to place weekly when we were FT

I have the Duravis R250 ribbed tires on my fifth wheel. Most of those tires are mounted on utility company trucks and heavy duty trucks like F550s. No would assume Michelin's E.rated ribbed tires are comparable.

The Costco tire manager said they have never seen any problems with that tire, and owners get incredible mileage out of them--like over 100k miles. The thickness of tread and sidewalls and the sheer weight of the tire far outstrips any of the ST tires installed by RV manufacturers.
