Looking for an online temperature map

Since much of what we do this time of year is governed by warmth I have been looking for a map of the US showing current high temps or average temps. Do I want to go that way? Is the Mohave warm? Be nice to see it at a glance but is there such a map online? How do you find it out?

I agree with the weather sites mentioned above.

Often, instead of re-inventing the wheel, I search online to see what others have done in the past.

For some ideas from routes others have planned, try searching for:

Quote:
70 degree road trip

75 degree road trip

80-degree road trip

60 degree road trip

chasing 75 degrees

rving following 70 degree weather

rv trip in 70-degree temps

70 degree road trip

rv travel based on weather

where is the average temperature 75 degrees year round
Or, whatever variation you want. The above were some suggested searches by google.

Some folks have written about their past travels. Some include maps.

IIRC, there was a mapping tool that would help plan a route with a given temperature. I do not remember what it was. It may not even exist anymore. Or, someone might mention it in one of the articles you might find online.

I like MyRadar and just enable the temp option, it is real time but very handy

We use this for rough planning. Not everywhere is listed but beats looking up average temps for every possible place we might visit during a given time.

www.usclimatedata.com

This is not a map site, but gives average historical data for temperature and rainfall for all states/cities by month.

Bloomberg have a nice map showing what you're looking for here: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...degree-weather with more than enough miles to last you a year! Good luck, God Bless, and ILBCNU!

Type in the name of any city and it will tell you all you want to know including the average temperatures for the past couple years.
