Mail Forwarding Systems

When we full timed many years ago we had a good mail forwarding company to take care of our mail. As time passes so does my memory . . . can't remember their name. We going out for a three month trip next year to visit family and friends - SC, VA, MD, and PA. Looked at what's offered on the internet and found iPostal1, Anytime Mailbox, Postscan Mail, Traveling Mailbox, and many more. All recommendations are welcomed.
Thanks,
Richard

Do you want your mail delivered to a certain state? Many do, as it becomes their domicile state.

If not, escapees is a big one in Texas, and we use MyRVMail in Crestview, FL.

American Home Base out of Florida is excellent and cost effective - I have used them for 13 years

Before we switch our state of residency, we used UPS as our mail service in Ohio. We rented a PO Box from UPS, then when we wanted mail delivered, we call and give them an address to mail it.
Good thing about this is you can keep the service as long as you would like after you return. You can change your mailing address to the UPS and then just stop once a week to get your mail.

Join Escapees. Comprehensive mail service and they answer their phone. Good basic phone app.

I use Americas Mail Box and have been happy with their service. Besides the mail service I have used them to get registration and title for vehicles.

We use St. Brendan's Isle in Green Cove Springs, FL. They have been doing this for decades and you will get a street address and not a PO box. And you don't have to go there to set it up. Chuck

Thanks for all the mail forwarding suggestions. Now just have to discuss them with the boss and get her decision.

We have used RVMail in Crestview for 3+ years now. There service includes opening mail and scanning for no extra fee. We use our address for our license and coach and car registrations. No matter where we travel the can ship mail to us if needed.

We have been pleased with the service to date and highly recommend them.

We have our domicile at an RV park in Florida and have our mail delivered to us there by the USPS. We travel four months or more in the warmer months and are looking for a way to set up mail forwarding by the USPS to some mail forwarding service so we can have access to our mail while we travel.

I've looked into the mail forwarding services suggested in this thread and St. Brendan's Isle seems to best match our needs. Although they do offer Florida residency, voter registration, and vehicle registration services, they also offer part time mail forwarding that you can pause when you don't need it.
