Thanks, I will look into it. I couldn't decide between AM or Dakota Post. Nice to have another option to check out.

I've been with Americas Mail box and I am not nickel and dimed so don't know what the problem is. Going on my 3rd year. Did a great job with the registration on my new truck and trailer. Love them.

It was in 2011 and the rules may have changed but I opened a bank account in Emery, SD using my PMB with my mail forwarding company that is in the same town. That is MyHomeAddressInc.com in Emery, SD. My auto insurance rates are based on this small rural community rather than the big city, thus cheaper.

And I asked at Cabellas in Mitchell SD and they would sell me whatever I wanted with a PMB.

Mitchell is in the same county (Hanson) as my mail forwarding company so I imagine they are familiar with PMBs.

Back to the purchasing of firearms with a PMB; this from the Cabala's website:
When ordering a handgun, customers must be a resident of the same state as where the order will be picked up. However when ordering a rifle or shotgun, customers are not required to be a resident of the state where the order is picked up.

More on firearms in South Dakota:
RE: reciprocity with other states to obtain a SD concealed weapons permit:
From the SD Secretary of State website:
Which out-of-state permit holders can carry concealed in South Dakota?
Any valid resident or nonresident permit from another state is valid in South Dakota according to the terms of the issuing state, as long as the South Dakota laws and rules are complied with (SDCL 23-7-7.4).
