Just wanting some ideas on carrying a smoker on back of fifth wheel has 300 lb weight on hitch,just carrying one big enough to smoke ribs chicken brisket . I know some of you guys have tried this , tks

I carry a 55 gal drum BBQ smoker. I've had 4 pork butts at one time, 10 racks of baby back ribs at a time and lots of chicken. Absolutely Love it. It fits nicely in the back of my colorado.

I have 2. 1 propane 1 electric. Both Master built. Gas is bigger. Both upright. I have not decided which I like best. Electric requires less watching over. both the size of a dorm refrigerator.
