Face the facts, it's not likely you'll find anyone to insure that setup unless you're willing to pay the value of the RV upfront in premiums and continue to do that every year. People do enough stupid things in RV without adding a wood stove to the mix.
I've got to ask though. As someone who grew up without central heat I really can't imagine wood heat in an RV would be anything but a miserable experience, you're attempting to heat a long narrow low ceiling tube full of cabinets. Every wood stove has clearance to combustible surfaces, most likely you won't be able to meet those standards without stripping cabinets, etc. and putting it in the middle of the floor. Then you get to the mess from the wood and ashes, inevitable smoke, keeping the fire going, especially in a small stove overnight.
Wood stoves dry everything out, we always kept a pot of water on it. Can't do that in an RV because the far end will be dripping from the condensation on the walls and ceiling. And drying the RV out is a real problem.
To survive, anything is on the table. If you can get propane, use an electric heater/fireplace, think long and hard about what you're getting into.
