Boondocking in Arkansas

Any one know of boondocking around Hot Springs, Arkansas? Looking to pass through there mid October.

Thanks!

Sorry, can't help much other than to suggest checking out dispersed camping in the Ouachita National Forest

We didn't have any luck finding a boondock site for our 43' - we did stay at the national park campground for a decent price.

Russellville has a very nice COE park just a few miles south of I-40 right on the Arkansas river. $10 a day w/senior pass.

There are also a couple of COE campgrounds at Lake Nimrod about 50 miles north of Hot Springs, we stayed at one last summer that was a bit ran down, though it appeared they were about to start at least a partial renovation, so it may be better now.
