Marina Parkway and Marina way have a 4 hour parking limit.

Chula Vista enacted a no RV parking on any street about a year ago as did San Diego and National City. I think your advice is very outdated.

"Any curb in So Cal is ok to live". Far from reality!

You are correct. Sorry for the misinformation. I did not realize the no parking overnight rule. The "just about any curb" was more toung and cheek. Seems like in National City and San DIego there are RVs parked everywhere.
