Boondocking with travel trailer road hazard question

Could not agree more! And the roads are repaired after the work is done. Think most of us here in CO a very pro logging of the millions of dying/dead pines

mbridinger, I am befuddled -- the OP started this thread by asking how one avoids road hazards when towing a trailer onto forest roads. Logging is one of those hazards. I strongly agree with you that threads should stay on topic, but I think we are still right on the topic.

Maybe I am misunderstanding your comment?? Sorry for the confusion.

I am the OP. I did gave up on this thread when it became a logging truck thread.
My question was what do people do when they are hitched up and dont want to drive into an unknow road and get stuck because they cant turn around.

I got good answers, especially the one recently where they suggest spending the 1st night at a know campsite and when unhitched explore the area.
That being said, I did not know that logging trucks were a problem at all. The thought never crossed my mind and it does now.
