Its been many years ago , but there was an article in the local news about this very thing.

A couple was having sex in the back of their car and the cops arrested them for it..
(I have forgotten the actual wording of the charges)

The court ruled that because the couple had hung bath towels on all the windows and it was impossible for people passing by to see inside, it was the same as being in their private home..

Therefore there was no crime committed. The case was dismissed..

I remember that it was the talk of the town for several days.. everybody got a good chuckle out of it.

This thread has been on the thoughts of us moderators for some time. This is a family thread and our main thought is for the families. The guide line we will be following is , If your 9 year old child or grandchild was sitting on your lap and you were talking around the campfire would you allow this type of conversation or pass around a picture?
