Does anyone know free and shave spot to overnight for a few hours of sleep in Jackson Mississippi or Vicksburg? Looking for a free safe spot in Jackson or Vicksburg that I could stop at and grab a few hours of sleep on the way to Texas. Thank you for any help or information that you can give.

Check WalMart at Byram, MS just south of Jackson. Good stop.

We have stopped at the Louisiana Welcome Center on I-20 pass Vicksburg in the past. Park in the rear if you want to hear less road noise. Plan on arriving by dusk if you want a space.
