OTA TV in Quartzsite?

Heading off to Quartzsite soon, wondering if I should worry about installing my new OTA TV antenna first.

Are there even any OTA signals available in that area?

For best results for OTA reception you will need an antenna like this.

Antennaweb.org will show you what OTA stations are available, as well as their distance from any given location. It will also suggest the best type of antenna as well. Here’s a link:

Cool. Sounds like it will be worth climbing the roof again. (I got the Winegard RVW Sensor IV, so I'm hoping that will be enough. Just wish it didn't require an almost-2" hole in the roof.)

Thanks, all.

OTA signils

Hey for what its worth Last year I bought my used MH in Tuscon as I headed home back to California And I stayed the night in Quartsite, being excited about my new coach I put up the antenna and was so surprised HOW MANY channels that were available. Mostly they were from Phoenix, I don't feel you will have a problem...FYI my TV is a Insignia brand, See ya there.

The closest signal to Q is from Yuma or Parker.

I use an OTA DVR from Channel Master. I record extra content when I can and watch when I don't have a signal. Unlike Dish & Direct, CM can be viewed without a signal. And the CM hard drives are external which allows for swapping hard drives. My CM system at my stick house is recording for my next trip.

I had little doubt of getting any

I'm in Q now and got 5 stations today on my King Air roof mounted antenna.
