Also note: Although you are dealing with "Residential" 120 volt circuits and "Automotive" 12 volt circuits, few residential electricians or auto mechanics are familiar with how these systems interact in RV applications. If you feel the need for expert help, a mobile RV service technician would be your best bet.

If you're near an area with lots of boats, many boats have basically the same blending of these two systems. So someone familiar with boats could help too.

Well we tried the charge and even went and bought a new battery but still no luck! We were able to find a mobile RV technician in our area this morning and he gave us a few things to try before he would be able to make it out to fix the problem for good. Apparently it's our converter box and the new battery didn't work because it needs to be reset? Anyways thank y'all so much for the quick responses! I'll update when we get the problem fixed...for now box fans work just fine!

Has the store button been pushed or battery been turned off by accident?

Sounds like your generator is being overloaded.

Possibly the transfer switch? Let us know what it is when you get it fixed for future reference

Are you saying that the 120VAC outlets from the generator work but the RV outlet from the generator doesn't?
I've had the 30amp RV outlet go bad on a generator. Can you use the 30amp/15amp adapter and plug in the coach (120VAC outlet) and see if it works that way? Of course, if you try this you might need to have everything else in the coach off. (especially the converter)
Good luck.
