Since posting questions concerning access requirements for Class A rigs on my Vermont farm, I've started to look at Class A's on the road. I'm am struck how little ground clearance they have. Class A's would have no problem reaching me as far as height, road width, turn around radius, gravel base etc. The limiting factor looks like ground clearance. The parking area is below the road level and I'm now wondering if Class A's would bottom out. Do some Class A's have more clearance? What kind of grade difference in 50 feet would cause a problem?
