Trash management

So what do you use to manage/storage trash while boondocking? Paper is one thing, how about "compost" materials?

Scrap food is buried. Plastics and metal containers are smashed and stored in plastic bags, paper is burned -or bagged, until the next trip going by a dumpster.

Food scraps go in the garbage disposal and into the grey tank.
