What about a generator that has a 50 amp connection and can power 2 a/c units? I have a big fifth wheel that we dry camp with and I would like to run the a/c to heep the wife happy.

Even the EU6500 from Honda does not seem to put out enough amperage.

When we had our 5th wheel,I bought a Yamaha 3000seb and set it in the front compartment.I vented the exhaust through the bottom and out the side and opened the front and side doors when I ran it.It was so quiet,I think I could have ran it in a park without disturbing anyone and it performed absolutely flawlessly.I have a Honda 2000 I use with my camp trailer but it won't run my air,so I'm going to sell it and get another Yamaha

You are talking about a lot of weight and money. 50A = 7.2kw. the closest size is a 7.5kw Hanco genset. http://www.gensets.com/hanco_generators.htm
for $6,066. Now if your wife wishes to use any more AC power while both air conditioners are running, you'll need an even bigger genset and-something to haul it.
