Dental care at MTF while on the road

Hi, taking off next spring for a year and wondered if any retired vets had any luck getting into military treatment facilities (MTF) for dental care. I'm hoping to find one that is not overworked and would at least do a cleaning on my teeth.

Thanks, Randy

Best I've been able to do was temp emergency treatment.
Xrays and yup....you need to see a dentist.
Probably won't know till you try.

Dental care not provided to retired--you have to buy Delta Dental and it is for a network of civilian dentist. AD dependent's don't get dental either, although when I was AD my spouse was pregnant and there was a provision for dental care if necessary for health of mom or baby (she got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled at once). That was at a near by USCG station that had a dental surgeon underworked.
