House passes Blue Water Navy bill

The bill doesn’t just cover Blue Water Vietnam veterans. It also extends benefits to veterans who served near the demilitarized zone on the Korean Peninsula beginning in September 1967 and would require the VA to identify American military bases in Thailand where Agent Orange was used.
H.R. 299 was passed by the House by a vote of 410-0 and now moves to the Senate for consideration.

Have you had any succcess putting in an Agent Orange claim? many vets that I know are having the hardest time getting their Agent orange claim approved. one of my friends was in vietname and exposed to the stuff. He submitted his claim with all the proof, but it seems the military is so in denial about Agent orange, well in the end they gave him 100% disability...Mainly for PTSD (nothing do to agent orange). Way to shut him up, huh?
