The missiles with their payloads and propellants aside, someone should be checking the origin of the concrete mix used in the facility and for radon in the common workspace. Does anyone remember the kitchen dinettes made in Mexico that radiated the users? The source needs to be tracked down. In the meantime, Missileers should apply for PactAct screenings at VA. Also VFW has a website available at www.pactactinfo.org
Hope this helps.
