The Pledge of Allegiance by Red Skelton

The Pledge of Allegiance by Red Skelton

Some would say "HEY, this post is not related to RV'ing" I would say surely not much here about RV'ing. But the roads I drive in my RV, are in the best parts of the USA. In fact, I can not recall driving into any RV Park and NO RV'er not flying an American Flag. But did come close in California, once?

How many of you know something about the American Flag?

Name just one thing you know without repeating something someone said in this thread.

I would say did you know that once there, were more the 13-strips. But they came back to 13-strips to remember the 13-first states. Found written out on the back of a five-dollar bill. What do you know about the USA Flag!

The American flag flown upside down is a sign of distress.
I set up my flag as soon as I get the trailer leveled in. I am making custom brackets for me and friend to display flag from either end of trailer, depending on placement. As a firefighter for 35 years, the flag has strong message that some have forgotten.

June 14 is Flag Day.........a national holidy but NOT a Federal Holiday
Pennsylvania is the only state where Flag Day is an OFFICAL Holiday on June 14
