Well, since I am reading this in 2014, I was in Junior College flunking myself out, trying to entertain a girlfriend which hampered the studies. Little did I know that 10 mos. later I would be joining the AF which got me away from all the negative influences and set me on a career path. Best move I ever made.

I was 2 and wife was under development. But I remember the day 16 years later when I stepped off of the bus at Parris Island. I too was thinking "What the Hell have I done." But I never regretted it.

I was three years old getting ready to join the Army when I was old enough to help start a little unit called Delta, and went on our first mission to Iran in 1980 call a successful failure.

I was in 4th grade and Dad was stationed at Randolph AFB in San Antonio. I remember babysitting for 35 cents an hour, enjoying the pool on base, and sitting in the far rear of our pink Olds VistaCruiser. Oh, and desperately wanting a pair of white go go boots.
