We used a Sensor Push system. Works extremely well. Used it at Disney to monitor our dog inside the RV and had a wireless camera with 360 motion for viewing. The camera is not part of sensor push. It was one we picked up off amazon with pan and tilt feature

I have it setup with the wireless hub for the sensors which connects to a verizon hot spot. It only cost us an extra $10 a month for that hot spot. I have a total of 5 sensors on the RV. Living room near thermostat, outside temp sensor mounted to back of spare tire mount in semi waterproof case sonit can read temp and humidity and provide shade for sensor, freezer and fridge and the water pump in one of the storage areas. They all have alarms and will alert me remotely if out of my settings.
The nice thing about sensorpush is the sensors work without the hub. So if I do not need remote monitoring i can monitor all sensors via bluetooth. It switches automatically if it does not detect the hub connected to the wifi. Great while driving Ill get an alert if the fridge or freezer goes over limit. Even if the hotspot is off.
For Disney we did this setup because we did not want to leave him in a 3x5 cage at the dog daycare. He had roaming of the rv. If the camera sensed motion i would get an alert. I could then watch him and pan around the RV with the camera. I had presets to make it easier. The sensor push indoor sensor was set to 80 degrees. That was because it gave us plenty of time to get from the park to the RV if the AC failed and we could still monitor him on camera as we were on our way. In a more drastic temp situation we had a spare key outside so we could call Disney to have a campground staff get him out if needed. This worked great for us and has been seamless.
