Course being attacked didn't help him either--really messed up his movement for a while but he seems back on track.
Look forward to meeting you in Lancaster! We'll have Surf's sister Luna with us.

Happy Holidays,

Ok.. you know what they say about the third time being a charm....This is the third time I have tryed to post here regarding Surf...I actually knew the outcome before you posted... I looked on the AKC-Eukanuba website on Sunday but I felt it was your place to post the results... I knew you would not have been happy
Congrats on where you did finish

Surf is a gorgeous dog!

Good luck playing the political game... I know it is unfair a lot of the time...but at least he was the "Maid of Honor"...despite the game..
Congrats again...Surf is magnificent!!

Thank you to everyone for your kind words about Surf or the Surfer dude as we lovingly call him .

Jeffrey and I hope all of you have a wonderful Holiday season filled with laughter, good friends, great health and safe travels. May the New Year bring prosperity, less expensive diesel prices, healthy pets, healthy families, lots of show wins and of course laughter!

Blessings and Merry Christmas,
Karen & Jeffrey
And don't forget Dax, Spice, Surf, Luna and Sparkle. Oh yea, the cats too who live solely to torment the dogs--Roscoe and Mango.

Yippy another dog show in two weeks...boo, but without the motorhome. Show is in St. Paul and only showing my Portie for three days. Another show in Oshkosh, WI in 3 weeks that I will show the Portie (if she isn't finished in St. Paul) and one or two Newfs that belong to a breeder.
Anyone else going to St. Paul?

Hi Ed,
Nope, we're going to the Indio, CA shows the first weekend of January at the Polo Grounds. I believe that there are around thirteen Norwiches to show against. There is only one special, and that's our 3 year old male. Hopefully we can get some points on our 11 month old female. They both are in great coat now. It should be pretty exciting.
Good luck in the cheese state!

Ed and AKBrick,

Ed, sorry we are headed to Indio as well. Cannot imagine driving to dog shows in the snow or cold
AKBrick, we'll be looking for you at Indio. there are 43 mastiffs--12 are specials!!! I know Sparkle our 11 month old won't pick up any points as she still looks like a giraffe--all legs and high in the rear but the front is starting to catch up We'll come by the Norwich ring--we show at 9:20 and guys are at 10:40 after the 7 Norfolks so we should make it.
Now I know who to look for--the one with the Special .
See you in Southern Calif.

Hi Karen,
Way cool that we'll meet. Our Safari Cheetah has the Alaska license plate that says JOMBRI, which means Jo/Tom/Brickwell. We thought it looked kind of cool looking, like it was French or something. Anyways...we used it for our kennel name. Of course, we no longer have a kennel and breeding PBGV's since we are fulltiming it. Actually we just show the Norwich's and may breed them in the future. We'll see what the future brings. Fulltiming in an RV deffinately has it's drawbacks in that department. But.....Norwich's are small. We'll see.
See ya in a week and a half. We're heading there early.
Good luck,
AKBrick

Tom,

Are you also doing the Sahuaro State shows the weekend after Palm Springs?

Not a bad venue for a show--the Equestrian center WAY out in Buckeye...........
