First MH short trip.

We have a new 8 month old rescue cat. He was a ferral and caught at 6 months old. Hopefully he'll be OK, but he's very shy around other people and loud noises.

Any hints? He's fine if it's just the 2 of us and in our house.

Bring things he's familiar with and has his smell.

I’d suggest you put her in a cage for the first trip or two. Cats have been known to to get into about any space.

When our cat was with us she loved to go camping. We made sure she had a place to look out a window to watch the world go by.

Thanks for the tips people. I'll put him in the travel case while travelling, and bring along his tower that he likes to climb and hang out on.
