Our Norwich girl Gracie is entered at the Lost Dutchman and Sahuaro kennel club shows 2/5 - 2/8 at the Arizona State Fairgrounds. We'll be staying on the grounds in our motorhome.
Anyone else planning to attend?

The Wicked Whippets crew will be in attendance, although we decided not to bring the MH to this one.
I'll be commuting to this show and working out of the SUV so I'll have my hands full with 3 whippets to show and going solo for part of the show weekend.

WW, you're going to drive back and forth each day from Prescott? Isn't that about 100 miles each way? Wow, that's a lot of time on the road.

There are 22 whippets on Thursday (compared to 80+ at Palm Springs) and I forgot to enter Eddie in BOB. Darn!
I do have the pups entered, but I must have totally zoned out when I was doing the entries on infodog.com.
I'm working on the RV this weekend to get it ready to head for the Denver cluster. I'm heading out on 2/11 hoping that I-25 is clear over the passes.

The shows have been going good for Ms. Sparkle. She won Winners "girl" Thursday and Friday.
Today we had to settle for reserve winners "girl".
Tomorrow is another day.

Ms Sparkle completed an excellent weekend today but taking winner's "girl" and drum roll, Best of Opposite sex. Would have gotten her a major but one of the darn puppies did not show up today!
More shows the end of Feb, first weekend in March at Scottsdale.

Mystic got his first points today with Winner's Dog.
I was stunned! The other days he didn't get a second look by the judges, but he really turned on his personality this afternoon. He was the only 6-to-9 months old dog to take points in whippets.
Congrats to M2M and Sparkle.
I'll be at the shows at WestWorld and the UoP Stadium. On Wednesday I head out for the cluster of shows in Denver.

BIG Congrats on Mystic's first point! Way to go turning on that sweet boy charm!
Best of luck at Denver. We will probably see you at Scottsdale as we'll have a booth there and the MH.
Trying to convince Cheetah Girl and AKBrick to stick around for those shows!!

Gracie was reserve winner (like Miss America Runner Up) 3 of the 4 days at the Phoenix shows so we were close but no additional points toward her championship. Darn.
So we have decided we will stick around for the shows in Scottsdale at the end of the month and try again.
