Where to find someone who can cut a cat door in the side of my steps?

Hi, so I am full-timing with 3 cats in my 34 foot '92 Bounder Class A and like most cat owners I want a place to put the litter pan that is good for both me and the cats.

I was thinking it would be possible to cut a hole for a door into the side of the steps, but...

1. I don't have any way to cut a hole myself and wouldn't really trust myself to do a decent job with any tool that might cut that sort of hole

and

2. It seems like there is a bit of space (five inches?) between the stairs and where the side wall of the basement. What if there is something in there that shouldn't be disturbed/cut?

I have been traveling around California and will be in Nevada and probably then Arizona in a few months. Is there somewhere I can go to find someone who would do this type of thing?

Thanks in advance.

I'm in Tahoe, kind of near northern Nevada but probably on the other side.

I will have to research Quartzsite. Does that require boondocking? That's not something I've tried to do yet and I do need to make sure I always have a strong Internet connection, or at least on weekdays.

When you do this project, please take photos or a video of how you did it to share!

This is a project I need to do as well.
