Another great day boondocking in the El Paso Mountain area of the Mojave Desert and it's only supposed to be 106 today. But at least it is a dry heat. I heard that in Montana somewhere it snowed yesterday.
My two promises to myself when I retired were to always keep a bottle of booze in my trailer (for medicinal purposes) and never touch a snow shovel again.

Kevin
At 106* you won't have to worry too much about that snow....but keep the cap on the alcohol , it might evaporate before you can get it into you.

lol

Well no such luck in getting the Barth out of the shop yet.by the time I get it out I will need a case of Scotch for my nerves. but then I won't be able to drink it because I can't drink and drive and I'm so gone camping as soon is it ready Oh wait .... when I get parked... then I have to walk the dog and I can't drink and walk its hard on the knees when I have to crawl home... oh well 106 where are you pop?The one reason I love rv- ing is you can move it for snow or heat. Hey Kevin where are you ???

Must comment, this is a very interesting conversation. What year is the Barth? I live just a few miles from where they used to be made in their hey day.

Oh Issy I love it when you post as I always wonder how you are. My Barth is a classic a 1975 class C. Mr Barth only made the class C for 1 1/2 yrs. mine was # 19, but as you know I love it and I believe there is only 2 class C left. I think they are planning 2016 reunion there at the plant. maybe I can make it ? I will try. Glad to see you post!!!!!!!

Hi Ryegal, I am just fine, reading the mail mostly. I did not know Barth made a Calss "C". I have never seen one. Barth back in those days was a hallmark of quality. I have seen some re-built Class "A"'s and the owners obviously like them a lot yet today, as they have them looking like new.
Have a fun time of it when you get out and running. Izzy
